Finding my Opus - 7 years on...

A little over 7 years ago I was feeling extremely inspired - by what I do not know.  At that point I posted the following on a random Blogger site:

Finding My Opus
I feel I have an opus building inside me, like an unbridled passion is yearning to get out, held back only be the fence of my obligations and the cliffs of my fears. I shall find a path to make it past these obstacles and release this energy to create as it wills.

Since then I have spent time learning and growing, trying new things and making new friends.  I still feel the same - that there is some undefined greater goal I'm working towards - but the past 7 years have given me the experience to work past fears and balance my obligations.  I continue to focus on improving myself while searching for the right mix of passion, skill, and knowledge that will be required to create my defining work.
